The Bow River pathway runs along the banks of the Bow River. This section passes through Bowness Park. Once in Bowness Park you can continue along or stop to enjoy a picnic , play frisbee, soccer or go for a boat ride in the lagoon.

It’s relatively flat most of way but in either direction you will have to climb away from Weaselhead area. Plus going clockwise you’ll have a small hill near the Rockyview Hospital.
