Many people are drawn to Joshua Tree National Park to see the unique rock formations and Joshua Trees. Visitors can hike or camp in the park. If you are a little more adventurous and want to experience the park a different way, consider taking in the view from above by rock climbing.

There are literally THOUSANDS of routes for bouldering or traditional climbing. It is perfect for both experienced climbers and new climbers. For new climbers it is recommended to hire a local climbing guide who will be able to customize a day of climbing based on one’s abilities. For the more experienced climbers, guidebooks are available to help plan your trip.
